The short version

LedgerOS is a tool that helps you track scratch-off lottery ticket inventory and catch shortages. You pay a monthly fee per store. You can cancel any time. Be honest with your clerks about how it's used. These terms spell out the details.

1. The service

LedgerOS provides software for counting scratch-off ticket bins, comparing totals against lottery terminal reports, and alerting store owners to variances. We provide the software as-is and work to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login and your clerks' PINs secure.
  • You must have the authority to manage the store you add.
  • You're responsible for how your clerks and managers use the service.

3. Payment

Pro is billed monthly per store at the price shown at signup, after a 30-day free trial. Additional stores are billed at the additional-store rate. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.

4. Your data

Your store's data belongs to you. We store it to run the service and keep it isolated from other stores. If you cancel, we keep your data available for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it. You can export your counts to CSV any time.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use LedgerOS to break the law or your lottery agreement.
  • Don't attempt to access another store's data.
  • Don't resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

6. Variance is a signal, not a verdict

LedgerOS flags differences between what the bins say and what the terminal reports. A flag is a prompt to look closer — not proof of wrongdoing. How you act on it, including any employment decisions, is your responsibility and subject to your own legal obligations.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, LedgerOS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as permitted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and note the date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
